SUPPORT - Restarting the Canvas

1) If the canvas is acting weird, it's most likely because the controller (gamepad) is in a bad state. Two things could be wrong:

a) There is a little sliding switch on the top right hand side that needs to be set all the way to the right.
b) There are two little lights on the front center of the gamepad. Only the left one must be lit and it must be green, not red. If this is not what the gamepad looks like, press the little buttons next to these lights until only the left light is green.

After you ensure these things are in the correct state, you can use the kiosk to restart Atlantis. If it doesn't work correctly, now restart the canvas using intructions below.

HOW TO RESTART THE CANVAS.

There are three computers, left, center, and right.

You can either reboot (restart) all three of the machines or try your luck at just closing all the applications and restarting CANVAS.

1) ONLY if you have rebooted the machines: The left-most computer has two possible logins - login using the top one, I think it's "nan." or it could be "and". Don't login as Rose. The other computers logon automatically.

2) TO Restart Canvas: The leftmost computer needs to be started first. Click on "start.bat" and then "start1.bat." Located somewhere in the middle of the screen.

The center can be next. Click on "start.bat." (also in the middle of the screen)

The right is next. Click on "start.bat." (also in the middle.)

Then you go to the kiosk computer and you can click on Atlantis and the whole thing should start up.

If the kiosk needs to be reset, there's a kiosk.exe file somewhere in the center of that computer.
